Welcome to FLIPESIM ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at www.flipesim.com and our eSIM services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. We provide physical EUICC eSIM cards and related services via our online store. Our eSIM cards can be used to access mobile network services once activated by compatible devices and networks.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders from individuals with a history of fraudulent activity or incorrect payment details.

Prices for our EUICC eSIM cards are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices are in INR (Indian Rupee). Taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be applied at checkout and are your responsibility.
We will ship the EUICC eSIM cards to the address provided during the checkout process. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Requests for refunds will be evaluated individually. Please email support@flipesim.com to reach our customer care staff if you think you should be eligible for a refund. Please be aware that once an eSIM profile has been downloaded and activated, refunds might not be possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is compatible with our EUICC eSIM cards before purchasing. If you are unsure of compatibility, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or checking your device specifications. We do not provide technical support for device or network compatibility.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of INDIA, MAHARASHTRA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of PALGHAR DISTRICT, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
