At FLIPESIM, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, shipping methods, and other important information.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping methods will be random depending on the customer's shipping address, and delivery time will depend on the logistics company because we don't have control over shipping.
3. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we are open for shipping all over India, which also depends on the logistics company.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or you can login to our website and track your order there. Also you can track your package using the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver orders on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays, natural disasters, festivals) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
7. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Please review our policy below:
- You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return items.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging and any accompanying materials. You must ensure that they are properly packaged
- Shipping or return costs will not be refunded. In case you got free shipping during the order of products, then we will charge 100 to 200 INR.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@flipesim.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you'd like to exchange an item or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you’d like.
- When the product arrives for a refund, if there is obvious damage caused by human factors and it is not resalable, the refund process will not be considered.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within a days of delivery. We will gladly send you a replacement or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
