1. Returns
  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Refund Process
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@flipesim.com. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items or items purchased with a discount may be eligible for store credit or exchange only.

6. How to Return

  • Ensure that the item is securely packed and shipped back to us using a trackable shipping service.
7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable.
